EVENT PAINTING PROCESS

The subject matter of the event painting can be rendered as representational or abstract as desired. When it comes to selecting the perfect size piece, I'm more than happy to share any and all sizing advice, tips and tricks with you.

I like to arrive early to events to get my bearings, set up and enjoy the setting. I can work outdoors or indoors and bring all my own supplies and display. I bring along beautiful brushes, metallic, glass jars and my trusty wooden easel.

I typically paint for 2-3 hours and then finalize the piece back in my studio for 6-8 weeks following the event.

After working on the piece for several weeks, I email my clients photos of the painting and give them the flexibility to make suggestions. Each client receives one round of revisions before the painting is finalized and shipped/delivered right to their front door. Delivery for all event pieces within the state of KY is FREE.

Lastly, I collect 50% of payment up front, along with a signed contract, and collect the remaining 50% of payment upon completion of the project.
